Introduction: 
1. HS series slurry pump is designed for the continuous pumping of high abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. The wearing parts are made of ultra chrome or and rubber. It will maintain high efficiency over the wear life of its components. 

2. The metal wet parts and rubber ones can be interchangeable for handling different liquids or slurries.

3. HS slurry pumps are available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 18 inch discharge and feature high efficiency performance capable of flow rates from 10.8 to 5400 m³/h and heads up to 125 meters for high head models. 

Features:
1. Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner
and can beremoved completely;
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. Casing halves of ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities
and an extra measure of safety.
4. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
5. Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD,
SCR control, etc;
6. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal

7. Pump and be driven by motor through V-belts,gear box or directly through couplings. For pipe hung pump,the universal joint transmission must be adopted if the motor ≥200kW.

Main Features of ring die pellet machinery

1.This feed production machine is equipped with screw feeder 
controlled by FC inverter with permanent magnet to removing iron 
impurities.
2. Stainless steel conditioner makes even retention and sufficient cooking effect. 
3. Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high accuracy and efficiency. The output can increase 20% comparing to pellet mill driven by belts. 
4. High quality bearings(SKF/NSK), oil seal( from Germany) is adopted to makes operation smoothly. 
5. Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy, to ensure smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
6.S shape coupling is used with advantage of high capability of retrieve displacement.
7. The die is quickly assembled and disassembled; die hoist is optional. 
8. Applicable for all kinds of high grade animal/livestock/aqua feed. Double or three layers of conditioner is optional.
9. Speed-adjust feeding, adopted by this machine, can control the feeding capacity correctly to fit for different and meet the production requirement of pellets with different diameters.

Yes, welcome to visit our factory anytime, we can also arrange your visit in our China clients’ workshop for feed pellet mill machine. For getting to our factory, you can get a flight to HangZhou Airport. It just takes about 1 hour from HangZhou Airport to our factory by car.
2) What is your guarantee time and after sale service?
–Our guarantee time is 2 years.
–Each order we provide installation drawing&pellet mill operation manual. If needed, engineers can be sent to your factory for installation and commissioning, training.
–Any problem in operation or others for feed pellets mill, we will give solution in 24-48 hours.
