1.The engines with sea fresh water heat exchanger and Air Intercooler as standard.
2. 6D10 and 6D12 series are equipped with common monitoring instruments and remote instruments (20 meter remote control harness), and a set of sea water pump and random tools as standard.

    At present, our company has three advanced assembly lines with complete supporting equipments and auxiliary facilities, two of which are assembly lines and one is packaging line.
   The assembly lines have realized automatic operation mode. Experienced and skilled operators perform on-site operations in accordance with process control procedures and operating instructions to ensure products meet customer requirements.
   The assembly line has a reasonable design and the staff work closely together. Each assembly line can produce 130 diesel engines in 8 hours.
   At present, our company has four advanced test stands, each of which is equipped with automatic water temperature control, automatic oil temperature control and temperature control system before and after intercooling, which can realize the accurate control of engine inlet and outlet water temperature, oil temperature and post-intercooling air temperature during the test.
    Each test bench can accurately measure engine speed, torque, power, fuel consumption rate,water temperature, oil temperature, before and after intercooling temperature and other engine performance parameters.Each parameter measurement accuracy is within 0.5%.

The Taper Lock bush is a locking mechanism commonly used in Power Transmission Drives for locating pulleys, sprockets, and couplings to shafts. GM-LK series of melt gear pump is mainly used in the polymer melt in the production process such as resin, chemical fiber industry with low viscosity, low output pressure, large flow of material transfer, and pressure boost, such as polymer solution, liquid glue, monomers, oligomers, prepolymer or other materials.General installation in melt pipe, used as a booster pump;In need of heat medium heating can also be installed in the extruder system, as  metering pump.This series of melt gear pump has good self-priming performance, can be used in the vacuum reaction condition, the polymer material transfering and pressurization
