Product Details:
Xihu (West Lake) Dis. roller:
It uses forged steel.It needs more raw materials and complex production process.However, some other manufacturers’ are made of cast iron, they can break easily.
Chain sprocket:
We add roller bearings inside the shaft hole to reduce the friction of the long axis, this provides much lighter pulling force, and the service life is increased.
Pin & lock plate:
To prevent the pin off,it uses a two-way stop design.
Short axis:
5 gears structure so that the coupling between gears can be better,another kind of gear is the ordinary low carbon steel after the heat treatment, the service life is short.
Friction plate:
We add appropriate amount of metal abrasive.Durable & anti-skidding.
High quality deep groove ball bearing:
Both sides with dust cover,it has long service life.The other is the ordinary bearing, the load is small, easy to dust, it has short service life.
Hook:
After the forging and heat treatment, the shape is not easy to change in use.There will be some large deformation because of the hook without heat treatment.
The Workshop:
Chain block and EPT chain hoist are distributed in different workshops.According to the classification of products,they are neatly placed in a wide workshophe .The skilled workers are working meticulously .The test bench is used to check whether the product is qualified.
