|1) Spring Department: with 20 sets of 502 computer omnipotent machines, 12 sets of computerized compression spring machines and supporting heat treatment / projector / pull pressure test machines. Daily output: 300,000 pieces of profiled springs and 800,000 pieces of compression springs.|
|2) Stamping Department: with 25 sets of 10T-45T punches, 3 sets of wire cutting machines and a full set of hardware stamping mold equipment. Providing a full set of services, including proofing, molding, design and stamping. Daily output: 1,200,000 pieces of various types of metal stamping parts.|
