1.Application Fields of Trommel Screen:
Our Trommel screen & Drum Sieve is suitable for various properties of screening materials such as: sand gold mines, coal coke, lime and damp easily blocked material, the final size after screen (the biggest size: 100mm, the middle size: 10-50mm, the finest size: <=3mm).
The circular vibration screen is widely applied to the industries such as mining, building materials, thermal power plant, and chemical industry, etc.
1) Quarry: suitable for screening and classifying gravel, clay, mountain meal, sand, etc.
2) Coal Industry: suitable for screening and classifying lump coal, coal dust, coal washing, etc.

2.Introduction of Trommel screen separator:
Trommel Screen is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.

4.Working Principle:
Drum tilt device mounted on the frame, motor through a speed reducer and a roller device through a shaft coupling connected together, driving roller device around the axis of rotation, when the material enters the cylinder device, big size material is discharged through the outer edge of the roller screen, small size material is discharged by a cylinder end.
